CLEAResult is seeking a QA&QC Specialist to act as the local on-site program representative for residential customers. You will install energy-efficient equipment, conduct audits, verify installations, and gather data within a defined territory.

The role supports Account Managers, provides technical advice, and troubleshoots issues. Travel is required to cover the territory and ensure program success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in QA/QC processes and on-site field verifications.
• Ability to provide technical guidance on installation, configuration or enhancement per client specs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a QA&QC Specialist. Acts as local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Install energy efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits or new construction. Provides technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions.

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range: $23.80 - $35.80

Currency: USD

Type: Hourly

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
