Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a QA/QC Specialist to act as the local on-site representative for residential customers. You will install energy-efficient equipment, conduct energy audits, and perform verifications and data gathering across a defined territory.

You will support Account Managers in promoting retrofits and new construction and provide technical guidance per client specifications. You will troubleshoot issues and deliver training to ensure installations meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years experience in QA/QC or energy audits.
• High school diploma or associate degree with relevant certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel across defined territory.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews and residential energy audits (on-site verifications and electronic review of field data).
• Provide technical advice and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement per client specs.
• Provide updates to program staff on project scope, planning and effectiveness of products.
• Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Travel throughout a defined territory.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual

To join our team as a QA&QC Specialist. Acts as local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Install energy efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits or new construction. Provides technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions.
