CLEAResult is seeking a Commercial QA/QC Specialist in Michigan to support energy-efficiency initiatives. You will train field staff, perform QA reviews and energy audits on large commercial buildings, and report progress to program teams.

The role requires independent work, strong technical skills, and travel across the defined territory. We value experience with program databases, adherence to standards, and clear communication of results to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school or Associate's degree with relevant certification/training preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience.
• Willingness to travel within defined territory.

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Commercial QA/QC Specialist. You will provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope, complexity and set standards. Work independently with little supervision. Contribute to completion of milestones associated with specific projects. Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer/contractor contacts – working towards achieving SME (Subject Matter Expert) status.

• Train field staff and develop training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and energy audits of complex and large scale commercial buildings. Complete on-site verifications and electronic review of field data entered into program database.
• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products.
• Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
• Travel throughout a defined territory

Target Compensation:

$50,000 / annually + bonus

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$48,800.00 - $66,300.00
