Job summary

YMP Real Estate Management, LLC is seeking a Commercial Assistant Property Manager to support the efficient operation of our commercial real estate portfolio. You will work with the property management team on tenant relations, lease administration, financial management, and property operations.

You will conduct on-site visits, assist with monthly reports, coordinate maintenance, and help ensure tenant satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years industry experience.
• Sales and/or leasing experience.
• General office and accounting skills.
• Computer proficient.
