Job summary

Genuine Search Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee daily operations for a portfolio of properties in New Jersey. You will coordinate vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure efficient building performance and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in property or facilities management, with strong operational knowledge and budget discipline. You will work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support budgeting and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property management, facilities management, or construction management.
• Strong understanding of commercial building operations and maintenance.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of commercial properties
• Manage vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure properties are operating efficiently
• Coordinate maintenance projects, repairs, and capital improvements within budget
• Monitor building systems including HVAC, roofing, utilities, and common areas
• Review invoices, operational expenses, and vendor agreements
• Assist with annual budgeting and financial reporting
• Maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships while ensuring a high level of service
• Support leasing activity, tenant renewals, and occupancy initiatives as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours property emergencies
