Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage staff and building operations, oversee tenant relations, and ensure compliance with maintenance policies. Preferred candidates will have 2+ years in facilities management and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in construction/property/facilities management required.
• Expert Excel experience and strong budgeting and financial acumen needed.
• Working knowledge of building operations, systems, and HVAC required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates overall management of building repairs and maintenance operations.
• Primary contact with building tenants, manages work-order systems.
• Handles lease administration and rent collections.
