Upland Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio in Arizona. The role focuses on daily financial, administrative, and maintenance operations with growth potential within a expanding PM team.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of PM experience, a real estate license, and strong accounting/finance knowledge. Yardi experience and MS Office proficiency are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Commercial Property Manager
• Arizona real estate license or ability to obtain
• Knowledge of accounting/finance and building operations
• Experience with Yardi property management software
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Teams/Word)
• Experience negotiating commercial leases or contract language
• Team-oriented with willingness to assist in various tasks
• CPM/RPA/CSM designation preferred or willing to obtain

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day financial, administrative, and maintenance operations.
• Provide property management leadership through policy development and program interpretation.
• Monitor budgets and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Handle invoicing, payments, and fund disbursement with staff support.
• Prepare financial reports (budgets, variances, leasing, CAM).
• Analyze financial performance and market trends to improve cash flow.
• Ensure contract compliance with timely reporting.
• Monitor tenant satisfaction and support retention.
• Coordinate with staff, vendors, and external partners.
• Perform regular property inspections and oversee construction projects.
• Travel between properties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
