Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of multiple commercial properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
2. Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
3. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
4. Negotiate lease agreements and renewals.
5. Coordinate with maintenance staff on repairs and maintenance issues.
6. Maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers.
7. Monitor rental market rates for competitiveness.
8. Implement and maintain resident retention programs.
9. Conduct physical inspections of properties and vacant units.
10. Manage evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens for delinquent rentals.
11. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
12. Review financial statements to verify account balances, revenue, and expenses.
13. Perform additional duties as deemed necessary by the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

To succeed, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Arizona Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
• 10+ years of property management experience preferred, with diverse property types.
