Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of property accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience managing building operations, service contracts, and CAPEX projects.
• Knowledge of building systems and construction management basics.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to resolve tenant and vendor issues with sound judgment.
• Proficiency in Yardi or similar PM software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver annual budgets and monthly reports with variance analysis.
• Oversee tenant improvements, capital projects, and common area upgrades.
• Manage vendor relationships for quality, compliance, and cost savings.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to drive retention.
• Partner with leasing, asset management, and operations to enhance tenant experience.
