Job summary

Related Group is seeking a property management professional to oversee lease administration, budgeting, and property operations across managed assets. The role supports clients in financing, purchasing, or selling property while ensuring upkeep and regulatory compliance.

The position involves coordinating maintenance, vendor relationships, and occupancy management, with a focus on delivering high-quality living spaces and efficient property performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lease or rental agreements and collects rents.
• Directs bookkeeping functions and credits/debits accounts.
• Arranges property alterations and maintenance within budget.
• hires or contracts security, maintenance, and groundskeeping as needed.
• Purchases supplies and equipment for leased properties.
• Monitors occupancy rates and lease expirations.
• Assists clients with financing, purchasing, or selling property.
• Prepares inventory and forwards to owner for review.
• Contract utilities for tenants and coordinate transfers.
• Assists with eviction of tenants per court directions.
