Job summary

Responsibilities include managing CapEx projects, reviewing vendor payments, and coordinating with leasing and operations to ensure service quality and safety. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; real estate or business preferred.
• Minimum 5 years property management experience.
• RPA and/or CPM certification preferred.
• LEED certification continuing education desirable.
• Knowledge of local building and fire codes; building systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual operating and CapEx budgets and implement the business plan, ensuring NOI goals are met at the property level.
• Manage and oversee CapEx projects and service contracts.
• Review and authorize purchase orders and payments to vendors per policy.
• Develop and maintain strong client/vendor relationships and support collections.
• Inspect client spaces, mechanical areas, grounds and common areas; ensure safety, security and lease compliance.
• Lead property management team, train staff, and align with lease provisions and company standards.
