Job summary

Sun Loan Company in San Antonio is seeking a Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, tenant administration, vendors, budgets, and financial reporting for a growing commercial property portfolio.

This role leads the transition from third-party to in-house management, establishing scalable processes, reporting, and administrative practices while partnering with the accounting and facilities teams to support property performance and tenant service.

Qualifications

• 5 years managing multiple commercial properties, leases, vendors, and budgets.
• 5 years using commercial property management platforms (Yardi, MRI, RealPage, AppFolio, Building Engines or comparable).
• 5 years reviewing property financial information (budgets, forecasts, operating expenses, rental income, collections).

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, maintenance, tenant administration, vendors, budgets, and financial reporting for a portfolio.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenants regarding routine lease administration matters after lease execution, working with accounting and facilities teams.

The position serves as the primary contact for tenants regarding routine property lease administrationmatters after lease execution. The position works closely with the BMC Accounting Team, in-town FacilityManagement Team, vendors, and other BMC employees to support property operations.

Requirements:

• 5 years Managing multiple commercial properties, leases, vendors, maintenance activities, budgets, or property related contracts.
• 5 years using commercial property management platforms, such as Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Appfolio, Building Engines, or comparable systems
• 5 years reviewing property financial information, including budgets, forecasts, budget to actual variances, operating expenses, rental income, collections, tenant billings, vendor costs, and financial or operating reports.

Preferred:

• 10 years Managing multiple properties, leases, vendors, maintenance activities, budgets, or property related contracts.
