One of Milwaukee's premier Commercial Real Estate/Property Management companies is adding a Property Manager to their team. This person will be managing commercial buildings in the greater Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities include:

1. Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
2. Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants and vendors.
3. Lead tenant and capital improvement projects.
4. Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet company standards.
5. Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
6. Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.
7. Develop and manage annual budgets for forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends.
8. Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous commercial property management experience is required.
• Fully understand the financial aspects of property management and in-depth knowledge of compliance standards.
• Experience with mechanical systems and building structure knowledge.
• Strong client-focused mindset, interpersonal savvy, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• 4+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
