We are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Milwaukee team at the Presidio Square Apartments. Some weekend shifts will be required. Working with this property team, you would be responsible for tenant relations, assisting the leasing and maintenance team in providing exceptional customer service to our tenants, assisting in rent collections and follow up to include tenant notices. You will also coordinate move in/move out activities efficiently.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1 - 3 years property management related experience
  • Exception customer service skills
  • Reliable, proactive and effective problem-solving skills and strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills and the ability to listen well and exhibit excellent follow-through.
  • The ability to work under pressure, including prioritizing competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Yardi Property Management software experience preferred
