Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a premier portfolio of office and mixed-use assets in Beverly Hills. The role focuses on delivering outstanding tenant experiences, operational excellence, and enhanced asset value.

You will lead operations, manage budgets, coordinate capital projects, and supervise engineers and suppliers while ensuring compliance with codes and sustainability goals. Strong vendor relations and financial reporting are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional tenant experience through responsive communication and proactive service.
  • Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of commercial office and mixed-use properties.
  • Coordinate building maintenance, janitorial services, security, parking operations, loading areas, and life safety systems.
  • Manage engineering teams and third-party vendors, ensuring service quality, contract compliance, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify opportunities to improve building operations.
  • Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for ownership.
  • Partner closely with finance, legal, and facilities teams to support portfolio performance.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, rent collections, and operating expense reconciliations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and reduce operating costs.
  • Administer commercial leases, including operating expense recoveries, tenant billings, and lease compliance.
  • Partner with leasing teams to support tours, tenant improvements, onboarding, and move-ins and move-outs.
  • Build strong tenant relationships while resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate property documentation and lease records.
  • Manage capital improvement projects from planning through completion while maintaining budgets and schedules.
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability requirements.
  • Maintain emergency preparedness plans and participate in after-hours response for urgent building issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of commercial office and mixed-use properties.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing operating and capital budgets.

  • Strong understanding of commercial lease administration, CAM reconciliations, and tenant billing.

  • Experience managing building engineers and multiple third-party service providers.

  • Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, or comparable property management software.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial reporting capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.

  • Professional certifications such as CPM, RPA, or LEED accreditation are preferred.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with a hands‑on approach to property operations.
