Job summary

The Quest Organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the operations, financial performance, and maintenance of a portfolio of commercial properties in California.

This role requires a California Real Estate License, 3+ years of property management, budgeting, lease administration, and strong vendor and tenant relations. You will collaborate with Leasing, Construction, and Accounting and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Active California Real Estate License required.
• Experience with budgeting, owner reporting, lease administration, and vendor management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi, MRI, AppFolio).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
