Addison Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Plano, TX to support daily operations of a high-profile commercial property. You will help manage budgets, tenant relations, and daily operations to ensure top-tier tenant experience.

The role combines financial oversight with hands-on property management, requiring collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to uphold standards and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in property management or related field.
• Experience with lease administration and property management systems (Yardi or similar).
• Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and assist with financial forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable related to tenant billing and vendor payments.
• Conduct routine property walkthroughs to ensure building conditions meet standards.
• Respond to tenant requests and service needs in a timely, professional manner.
• Investigate and help resolve operational or tenant-related issues, coordinating solutions.
• Assist with vendor management, including bid coordination and contract oversight.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain operations.
• Support capital improvements and tenant improvement projects.
• Deliver high-level service to tenants and stakeholders.
