Job summary

Transwestern is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support on-site property management in Plano, TX. You will assist in budgeting, reporting, and coordinating tenant improvements while supervising vendors and maintenance staff.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, a real estate license where required, and strong MS 365 proficiency. This is an on-site position with no remote options, emphasizing client relations and timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or HR Management.
• RPA designation in progress preferred.
• Possess Real Estate License where required by state law.
• Minimum 3 years of property management experience, preferably commercial/Class A.
• Intermediate to advanced MS 365 Word, Excel and Outlook proficiencies.
• Ability to keep information strictly confidential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budget development and monthly owner reports.
• Prepare tenant billings and rent collections.
• Coordinate tenant improvements and capital projects.
• Supervise vendors and maintenance staff.
• Prepare service and construction agreements and addenda.
• Maintain energy benchmarking data and reporting.
