Job summary

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of a high-profile commercial property. This role blends financial oversight, tenant relations, and operational coordination to keep the property well maintained while delivering an exceptional tenant experience.

The successful candidate will assist with budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, vendor management, and capital improvement coordination, while delivering professional service

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Experience with lease administration and property management systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting efforts and assist with ongoing financial forecasting and reporting
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions related to tenant billing and vendor payments
• Conduct routine property walkthroughs to ensure building conditions meet established standards
• Respond to tenant requests and service needs in a timely, professional manner
• Investigate and help resolve operational or tenant-related issues, coordinating appropriate solutions
• Assist with vendor management, including bid coordination, contract administration, and relationship oversight
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to maintain efficient property operations
• Contribute to the coordination of capital improvements and tenant improvement projects
• Deliver a high level of service to tenants and stakeholders, maintaining a professional presence at all times
