Bishop & Company is seeking a Commercial Property Administrator in Kapolei to support a portfolio of commercial properties. This role focuses on tenant relations, administrative duties, and operational tasks in a fast-paced real estate environment.

The position offers a direct hire, full-time schedule with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth within a respected Hawaii organization. The salary range is $60,000 to $65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial property management, real estate, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice coding, or lease administration is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with MRI, Yardi, AVID, Corrigo, or similar property management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and assist with service requests, property communications, and tenant relations.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, contractor access, and vendor scheduling.
• Track work orders, maintenance requests, contracts, lease dates, and insurance certificates.
• Maintain organized property files, lease documents, contracts, and operational records.
• Review invoices, assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and support month-end reporting.
• Assist with property inspections, vendor coordination, and maintenance activities.
• Support budgeting, reporting, lease administration, and special projects.
• Maintain accurate records within property management systems and spreadsheets.
