Job summary

Stream Realty Partners in Denver is seeking a Property Administrator to provide first-class property management services and support the Property Management team with daily operations of a commercial property. Duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and coordinating tenant relations.

Responsibilities span financial reporting, vendor contracts, and event planning, with an emphasis on accuracy, customer service, and strong communication within a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and basic accounting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
• Desire to learn and grow in Stream's property management department.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable – input, verify backup, code invoices to budget, and forward for approval.
• Accounts Receivable – review receivables, assist with late and default notices.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports with Property Manager.
• Assist with day-to-day operation of the assigned portfolio.
• Answer main telephone line, greet guests, and forward messages.
• Receive and enter work order requests; maintain insurance certificates.
• Assist in planning tenant events with management.

Job Description

The Property Administrator position provides first-class property management services and assists the Property Management team with day-to-day responsibilities of operating a commercial property. Typical duties include Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, office administration, customer service, and enhancing tenant relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts Payable – accurately input, verify proper backup and code all invoices according to the approved budget into the payables system and then forward to the Property Manager for approval.
• Accounts Receivable – monthly review of account receivables in the system and assist with the preparation of late notices and default notices.
• Assist Property Manager with the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports.
• Assist Property Manager with day-to-day operation of assigned portfolio.
• Assist with answering the main telephone line and screen calls to forward to the appropriate personnel; Deliver messages to personnel and/or forward messages to voice mail; Greet guests and notify personnel of incoming visitors; Accept deliveries/packages.
• Receive and enter work order requests into the system.
• Maintain, track, and input into the system all Certificates of Insurance for vendors/tenants/clients.
• Prepare, compile, and facilitate the creation and execution of Service Contracts for vendor services.
• Schedule building activity including move-ins / move outs; verify insurance.
• Assist in planning and executing tenant events with management team.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus
