Responsibilities

• Qualify and sell commercial project opportunities within an assigned region.
• Interpret and supply complex submittal documents with data sheets and drawings.
• Build trusted relationships with large commercial customers, contractors, and architects.
• Determine pricing and margins for projects to maximize profitability.
• Read and interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Serve as the point of contact for commercial technical questions.
• Assist architects and specifiers with design and project support.
• Review regional quote logs to target follow-up opportunities.
