Clopay Corporation, headquartered in Mason, Ohio, invites a Commercial Customer Service Coordinator to join our Troy, Ohio manufacturing facility. You will qualify and sell commercial project opportunities, interpret drawings and code requirements, and partner with architects, contractors and large customers to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, technical insight, and the ability to prepare precise submittals, pricing and margins with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, or two years related experience and training, or equivalent combination.
• Prior sales experience, product installation, technical knowledge and project estimating; Oracle experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate with customers electronically, in person, and via phone.
• Experience with Windows Office, Excel, corporate e-mail and other systems.

Responsabilités

• Qualify, interpret, create and sell commercial project opportunities within an assigned region.
• Compare market pricing and strategies with key commercial customers.
• Prepare complex submittals with product data sheets, shop drawings and installation instructions.
• Build relationships with large customers, contractors and architects with recommended products.
• Determine pricing/margin per project to maximize profitability with minimal supervision.
