Job summary

Cleveland Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead on-site operations for a high-end hotel project in Savannah, GA. The role requires travel and extended stays at job sites to drive construction from setup through turnover.

As the primary on-site leader, you will coordinate subs and trades, enforce safety standards, review plans, and ensure work complies with specifications and schedules. US-based projects; relocation/travel required with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a GC Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and MEP systems; proficient in construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage project schedules, submit daily logs and field reports
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and trade labor to maintain productivity and contract compliance
• Conduct weekly safety meetings, enforce OSHA regulations, and maintain a secure job site for all workers and visitors
• Inspect workmanship and materials to verify adherence to project plans and specifications
• Manage municipal and jurisdictional inspections and drive punch list completions

Key Job Functions
