Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a GC Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, MEP building systems
• Proficient in construction management software

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage project schedules, submit daily logs and field reports
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and trade labor to maintain productivity and contract compliance
• Conduct weekly safety meetings, enforce OSHA regulations, and maintain a secure job site for all workers and visitors
• Inspect workmanship and materials to verify adherence to project plans and specifications
• Manage municipal and jurisdictional inspections and drive punch list completions.

Project Superintendent

Cleveland Construction is looking to add Project Superintendents to serve as the primary on-site leader for high profile commercial construction project in Lafayette, LA. This role requires travel and extended stays at job sites to drive construction from initial setup through final turnover.
