Job summary

Cleveland Construction in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead a hands-on team on a high-profile commercial project. You will own the job site, drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and deliver results with accountability.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and proficiency with modern construction tools and software. Candidates with Adaptive Reuse or Historic Renovation experience are preferred, with OSHA 30 certification a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with modern construction tools and software.
• OSHA 30 Certified preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience with Adaptive Reuse or Historic Renovation projects preferred.
