Job summary

Cleveland Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead on-site activities for a commercial project in Gallatin, TN. The role involves travel and extended job-site stays to drive construction from setup through turnover.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years as a GC Superintendent on large-scale projects, with a degree preferred and strong ability to read blueprints and MEP systems. Proficiency in construction management software is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as GC Superintendent on large-scale commercial projects.
• Advanced ability to read blueprints, plans, MEP systems.
• Proficient in construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage project schedules, submit daily logs and field reports.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and trade labor to maintain productivity and contract compliance.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings, enforce OSHA regulations, and maintain a secure job site for all workers and visitors.
• Inspect workmanship and materials to verify adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage municipal and jurisdictional inspections and drive punch list completions.

Cleveland Construction is looking to add Project Superintendent to serve as the primary on-site leader for commercial construction project in Gallatin, TN. This role requires travel and extended stays at job sites to drive construction from initial setup through final turnover.
