Job summary

Schell Brothers is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to coordinate with CAD, design, and construction teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of commercial projects. The role involves creating scopes of work for each trade category, managing material estimates, and overseeing the construction process from planning through completion.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in construction or project management, a valid driver's license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

4+ years related experience in construction management or project management.
Valid driver's license.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Proficient with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with CAD, design, and construction managers to ensure proper materials are ordered and work is completed on time.
Create scope of work for each trade category including design selections.
Schedule inspections using submitted permits.
Review plans before bids to account for construction variables.
Assist with material estimates.
Manage project budgets and schedules and coordinate changes with contractors.
Enter and review variances and manage change orders.
Oversee the construction process.
