Job summary

Schwob Building Company in Coppell, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial construction. You will deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget while upholding safety and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior PMs, mastering our technology system, and cultivating subcontractor relationships; strong communication, leadership, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore are essential.

Qualifications

• Formal education in construction or engineering with strong technical knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect and contractor.
• Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
• Strong communication skills & leadership ability.
• Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore and other construction related software.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager. Commercial construction experience is required and a positive, innovative, teamwork attitude is a must. Only qualified candidates in thecommercial constructionindustry will be considered.
