Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid drivers’ license is required.

Responsibilities

• Practice best insulation practices and train helpers in insulation, plaster, sealer and spray work.
• Install products as allowed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
• Understand blueprints and sketches.
• Measure, shape, and cut materials to specified measurements.
• Insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal, cover, wrap, staple, glue and fit materials.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with products, tools and equipment.
