Responsibilities

• Own commercial construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, job costs, billing, and financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and timelines.
• Review contracts, subcontracts, blueprints, and specs.
• Identify, price, and manage change orders and their impact on cost/schedule.
• Be a key communication hub for clients, subs, vendors, and field teams.
• Proactively identify and solve project issues while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule.
