Job summary

One Source Construction LLC in Massachusetts seeks a Construction Project Manager to own projects through pre-construction to closeout, including schedule, budget, and subcontractor coordination with full financial accountability.

The role requires independence, decisive leadership, and the ability to drive issues forward to keep projects on track. You will partner with leadership and have visibility into project financials and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial or public construction projects independently.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification is required.
• Massachusetts CSL license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure billing is prepared, accurate, and submitted on time by coordinating with accounting and field teams.
