Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Projects End-to-End: Take ownership of projects from post-bid through closeout.
• Preconstruction & Buyout: Support bid packaging and lead the buyout process.
• Manage Financial Performance: Translate estimates into project budgets.
• Schedule & Execution: Develop and manage the project schedule.
• Build Strong Relationships: Key point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
• Safety: Uphold IMC’s safety culture and execute safety plans.
• Lead & Develop Teams: Guide Project Engineers and APMs.
