Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is seeking an experienced customer service, data entry/admin professional to fill our Commercial Project Coordinator position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage manifests for the Commercial HVAC & Plumbing department, including checking correctness, attaching in the company database, and uploading to jurisdiction portals
  • Accurately enter and maintain project data in company systems
  • Prepare and submit project reports to management
  • Assist in gathering job records periodically requested by clients
  • Participate in “After Hours” core processes
  • Perform other administrative tasks as directed by the Coordination Manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or project coordination/administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of plumbing industry a plus
