Job description

Join to apply for the Influencer Partnerships Project Coordinator role at Adhesive Media.

Adhesive Media is an influencer marketing agency based in Miami connecting leading brands with top-performing YouTubers. We currently represent 100+ YouTubers and sell their sponsorships to 50+ sponsors every month.

We are hiring for an Influencer Partnerships Coordinator to assist in coordinating existing partnerships, and eventually pitching & closing new deals between our YouTubers and Sponsors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client-facing email communication between YouTubers & Sponsors: Provide an exceptional experience, focusing on speedy, high-quality, and transparent communication. Be a critical thinker & comfortable making decisions independently.
  2. Database & Project Management: Keep Airtable, Google Sheets, Asana, and Notion updated. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client service.
  3. Ad Coordination: Ensure 60+ YouTube ads run smoothly monthly, adhering to brand guidelines. Tasks include creating talking points, reviewing ad integrations, suggesting improvements, and ensuring timely approval and posting.
  4. Deal Making: After 4-6 months, transition to pitching & negotiating over 200 deals per month.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in Project Management, Operations, or Influencer Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Airtable, Notion, Asana, Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
  • Reliability and willingness to work beyond regular hours when needed.

Other Details:

  • Remote with team trips 1-2x/year.
  • Full-time, hours 9AM - 5:30PM EST (flexible).
  • Start date: July 2025.
  • Compensation & benefits vary based on experience; health insurance & 401K offered after 6 months.
