Job summary

Taysha Gene Therapies is seeking a Senior Director, Program Management Lead for Commercial to orchestrate the integrated Commercial program, ensure readiness, and align milestones with the broader enterprise plan.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical Affairs, reporting to the Head of PMO and guiding governance across senior leadership. Remote or Chicago-based with travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech with senior leadership level.
• Experience in program/project management and launch readiness.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams including Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services.
• Track record enabling commercialization and product launch.
• Strong executive presence and ability to escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated Commercial program and its milestones.
• Lead cross-functional Commercial program management across functions.
• Drive launch-readiness activities and governance.
• Oversee external launch-readiness vendors.
• Report progress to senior leadership.
• Strengthen PMO governance and tools.
