Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a Director of Commercial Systems to own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of the technology supporting commercial launch and growth.

Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, you will lead Commercial Systems within IT. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Market Access to translate business priorities into a coordinated roadmap, lead delivery, and ensure reliable systems and trusted data.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in commercial technology and enterprise systems with leadership.
• Experience delivering systems for product launches or major growth.
• Strong CRM, data, and integration knowledge with vendor management experience.
• Translate commercial strategy into practical roadmaps and business cases.

Responsabilidades

• Own the commercial systems strategy and roadmap across CRM and data.
• Lead delivery from plan through adoption with cross-functional teams.
• Define requirements, data definitions, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Partner with IT, Security, Legal, and Quality on controls and compliance.
• Oversee vendor performance, budgets, and platform selections.
• Drive launch readiness, training, and change management.
