• Drive execution of global commercial initiatives, managing milestones and risks.
• Coordinate inputs across functions into cohesive commercialization plans.
• Facilitate planning and decision-making processes, ensuring follow-through on commitments.
• Identify and manage risks and execution challenges, escalating issues as needed.
• Develop project plans and reporting tools for visibility into progress.
• Support launch readiness and key commercialization initiatives.
