Client Company is seeking a Senior Product Business Analyst – Lending & Capital Platform to lead the design and evolution of our Integrated Capital Management Platform. The role acts as the translator between program administration, financial underwriting, and tech teams to automate lending workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or lending.
• Experience owning a software product or financial platform lifecycle.
• Ability to translate underwriting criteria and program rules into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to optimization.
• Translate complex underwriting rules into configurable product features and rules engines.
• Collaborate with program admins, underwriters, and engineering to design automated workflows.
• Map and optimize end-to-end data flows across program milestones and reduce cycle times.
• Create functional specs, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features and integrations.
• Support scaling of the platform to additional sustainable programs nationwide.
