Job summary

Camden National Bank in New Hampshire is seeking a Commercial Portfolio Manager I to oversee a portfolio of commercial loans and apply underwriting skills to ensure policy adherence, risk evaluation, and ongoing maintenance. You will partner with Commercial Banking Officers and Directors of Commercial Banking to manage relationships and document loan activity.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of commercial underwriting experience evaluating credit facilities.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products including construction lending, asset-based lines, and letters of credit.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of commercial customers in an assigned portfolio to ensure covenants and risk rating.
• Analyze financial information and ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies.
• Prepare loan requests for underwriting and assist with loan closings and renewals.
• Provide term sheets and commitment letters and support portfolio maintenance.
