Job summary

Siemens invites early-career professionals to join the Commercial Project Management Development Program (CPMDP), a 2-year, full-time rotational track designed to build skills in contract, finance, procurement, and project execution across multiple U.S. hubs.

Participants will rotate every six months, supported by relocation assistance, and graduate with multiple career trajectories including Commercial Project Manager and Financial Analyst roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or similar field.
• Be willing and able to relocate for rotation every 6 months; relocation assistance provided.
• Work Authorization: legally permitted to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations (six months each) across contract management, supply chain, risk management, finance and accounting.
• Relocate to rotating hubs across the U.S. as required by rotation demands.
• Learn and apply PM@Siemens processes for Commercial Project Management and support project execution and bidding activities.
