Job summary

Siemens Mobility invites early-career professionals to join the Commercial Project Management Development Program (CPMDP), a two-year, entry-level rotation experience across contract management, supply chain, risk, finance, and accounting. You will relocate for six-month rotations across U.S.

hubs, gaining end-to-end project lifecycle exposure. During four rotations, you’ll handle bidding, execution, operations, and financial metrics, guided by senior mentors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or similar field.
• Familiarity with finance, accounting, procurement, manufacturing, contract review, logistics, negotiations and strategy.
• Work authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Project Bidding and offers (contract review, pricing, customer interface).
• Project Execution (claims management, change order calculation).
• Operations (manufacturing, procurement, logistics).
