Job summary

Siemens USA invites entry-level professionals to join the Commercial Project Management Development Program (CPMDP). Over two years, you will rotate through four six‑month assignments in contract management, supply chain, risk, and finance, gaining hands-on experience across the project lifecycle. Every rotation may require relocation to a different U.S.

hub, with relocation assistance provided. On graduation you’ll be prepared for roles such as Commercial Project Manager, Project Manager,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or similar field.
Be willing and able to relocate for the rotation assignment every 6 months with relocation assistance.
Familiarity with finance, accounting, procurement, manufacturing, contract review, logistics, negotiations and strategy.
Work Authorization: legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
This Leadership Development Program is designed for individuals beginning their professional careers.

Responsibilities

Four six-month rotations across contract management, supply chain, risk management, and finance.
Rotations may require relocation to different hubs within the U.S.
Exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle and PM processes.
Mentorship from industry professionals and cross-functional collaboration.
