Job summary

Binsky, a leading mechanical contractor in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, seeks a Plumbing Manager to lead its commercial plumbing service department. You will plan, organize, direct, and control activities to meet revenue goals while focusing on customer satisfaction and brand leverage.

The role requires field presence, team development, and strategic financial oversight in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams servicing B2C & B2B markets.
• Proven track record of growing a service business.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to field sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control service department activities to achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain strong customer focus, leverage brand, and drive employee engagement in a competitive environment.
• Establish a team culture and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Spend at least 25% of time in the field to gain a bottom-up perspective and improve efficiency.
• Monitor policies, perform annual evaluations, and manage budgets and forecasts.
