• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, budgets, change orders, and purchasing.
• Ensure work complies with plumbing codes and project specs.
• Identify issues early and implement solutions.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys being in the field, supporting crews, solving problems, coordinating with customers and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Position: Commercial Plumbing Project Manager

Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (typically 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman running projects
• Extensive knowledge of California Plumbing Code and commercial plumbing systems
• Commercial plumbing project management experience - preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
