Qualifications

• Prior experience as a commercial plumbing foreman on multi-site projects.
• Deep knowledge of California Plumbing Code and commercial systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop field foremen and crews.
• Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor progress, quality, productivity, and safety.
• Assist with field layout, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, budgets, change orders, and purchasing.
• Ensure work complies with plumbing codes and project specs.
• Identify issues early and implement solutions.
• Maintain communication with office staff, customers, and field personnel.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability and quality.
