Job summary

Redlands Plumbing, Heating and AC in Redlands, CA, is hiring a Commercial Plumbing Project Manager. This hands-on role leads field crews, coordinates with customers and contractors, and ensures projects meet schedule and budget while complying with California codes.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of California Plumbing Code and commercial systems.
• Commercial plumbing project management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop field foremen and plumbing crews.
• Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor progress, quality, productivity, and safety.
• Assist with field layout, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, budgets, change orders, and purchasing.
• Ensure work complies with applicable plumbing codes and project specifications.
• Identify potential issues early and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain strong communication with office staff, customers, and field personnel.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
