• Extensive knowledge of California Plumbing Code and commercial systems.
• Commercial plumbing project management experience preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop field foremen and plumbing crews.
• Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor progress, quality, productivity, and safety.
• Assist with field layout, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, budgets, change orders, and purchasing.
• Ensure work complies with applicable plumbing codes and project specifications.
• Identify potential issues early and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain strong communication with office staff, customers, and field personnel.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager who is passionate about leading successful projects, developing field teams, and delivering exceptional results.

This is not a "behind-the-desk" project management position. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys being in the field, supporting crews, solving problems, coordinating with customers and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Position: Commercial Plumbing Project Manager

Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (typically 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

What You'll Do:

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through completion.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman running projects
• Extensive knowledge of California Plumbing Code and commercial plumbing systems
• Commercial plumbing project management experience - preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
