Gradian Thermal Solutions in Maple Grove, MN seeks a senior Commercial Analytics professional to own the demand signal, price analytics and reporting across Sales, Operations and Supply Chain. You will build dashboards, drive SIOP inputs, and deliver insights that improve margins and forecast accuracy.

You will analyze performance by market and product family, support quotes with margin analysis, and present executives with timely, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 4–6 years in commercial analytics, sales operations, demand planning or related discipline.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Experience working with CRM and ERP data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the commercial demand signal from Salesforce: pipeline by product family, weighted and unweighted, phased to expected award date.
• Reconcile the CRM pipeline to the SIOP demand plan each cycle and explain variance by market and product line.
• Own the commercial inputs pack for the monthly SIOP meeting; partner with Operations and Supply Chain on capacity implications.
• Flag capacity-relevant opportunities early: large, long-lead or non-standard jobs that need factory visibility before Job Commit.
• Maintain the NPD pipeline view so engineering capacity can be planned against what is coming.
• Baseline and publish forecast accuracy by market, product family and seller; run the error analysis behind it.
• Commercial analytics and reporting: Build and maintain dashboards covering revenue, margin, pipeline, bookings and backlog.
• Analyze performance by market, product family and channel; explain movement rather than only reporting it.
• Deliver executive and board reporting on a published schedule.
• Maintain the definitions behind every published metric so numbers reconcile across audiences.
