Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to bridge business needs with data capabilities. You will translate requirements into data solutions, oversee data quality, and deliver dashboards and analyses across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and leadership.

The role combines strong technical data skills with superb communication, stakeholder management, and a focus on trusted data to drive strategic decisions. Collaboration with IT and external vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI or related roles with stakeholder requirements.
• Proven experience building dashboards/reports in modern BI platforms (Power BI or Tableau).
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and data warehousing understanding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize data/reporting needs.
• Translate business questions into data extraction, transformation, and visualization requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards/reports providing self-service insights.
• Own data quality end-to-end and collaborate with IT/Engineering to resolve issues.
• Develop documentation for data definitions, KPIs, and reporting logic.
